💸 Refunds & Returns Policy

At Manch Trading LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase.
If something isn’t right — we’re here to make it right.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • You include proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt)

To start a return, please contact us at Info@manchtrading.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

⚠️ Please note:

  • Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

2. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

💡 Tip: Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may ask for a photo of the item to speed up the process.
You can choose between:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund

We’ll cover all related shipping costs in this case.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened personal care or beauty items

  • Perishable goods (such as food or snacks)

  • Customized or special-order products

5. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item?
Simply return the original product (following the steps above) and place a new order for the replacement.
